- virtual reality
- An imaginary world that seems real. Images appear in 3-dimensions. Some software programs allow the user to walk through a scene, making it appear real to the user. - An abbreviation for Virtual Reality Modeling Language. A programming language that creates 3-dimensional images that interact with the user. VRML can create 3-D worlds to explore.
